At Biorep Technologies Inc, we understand that customer may occasionally reconsider their purchases. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, we have established the following Voluntary Return Policy for items that are in perfect condition but are being returned because:
- You no longer require the item.
- You would like to exchange the item for an alternative product.
Eligibility for Voluntary Returns
To qualify for a voluntary return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- The return must be initiated within 3 months of the purchase date.
- The item must not be expired or within 12 months of expiration.
Return Process
Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@biorep.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed return instructions. Please do not send your item back without a RMA, as this will delay the processing of your return.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all components. Follow special shipping instructions on the RMA when appliable. Place a copy of the RMA on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: If you choose to return the item for a refund, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. If a credit is requested, a credit will be placed on the account within 7-10 business days after returned items have been inspected and approved.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item for something else, our customer service team will assist you in selecting a new item. Any price difference between the returned item and the new item will either be refunded or charged accordingly. The new item will be shipped to you once the original item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for voluntary returns.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received and processed promptly. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Eligible Items
Certain items are not eligible for voluntary returns, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Customized items.
